HOURS OF OPERATION
For my Notary and Loan Signing services, my goal is to make myself available when no one else can. I am free weekday nights and weekends all day, unless I have a prior commitment scheduled. During weekday days, I may still be reached by phone and for emergencies I will work with you to be available when you need me.
For wedding ceremonies, a date is set, contract is signed, and I am yours for the specified time, Available dates depend on prior commitments.

PRICING
Notary and Immigration Services
Effective January 1, 2017, California law states that Notaries charge a maximum fee of $15 per notarized signature. In addition, I charge a mobile fee of $15 for home visits. Transportation fees are added for travel beyond Visalia, however if 4 or more signatures are being notarized, I will waive the transportation fee.

Wedding Officiant Fees
I charge anywhere from $100 to $300 per wedding ceremony, all depending on your select wedding style and location. Complete packages include assistance for obtaining your marriage license (if needed), customized officiating verbiage, commemorative marriage certificate given after ceremony, delivery of marriage license to County Recorder's office, 60 minute availability for wedding rehearsal, and 2 hour availability for wedding ceremony.
Spanish/Bilingual ceremony, additional availabilty, location outside Tulare County, customized wedding programs, and additions to ceremony can be provided at an additional charge.
